EduCast Group is a Technology based Training and Services platform, based out Pakistan, whereas offering services within 24 international destinations including Pakistan. Since its inception from 2016, EDUCAST initially started as Educational Technology platform offering Virtual Teaching services for Expat Pakistanis in Saudi Arabia and North America through academic collaboration with International Islamic University-Islamabad and Knowledge Core Group Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Through creating a new bread of eTeachers – Educated Women, sitting at home, EduCast brought them to get trained as Virtual Teachers for after school Help through online tuitions and teaching Quran via online teaching.
In 2017 also started a unique project eDoctor in academic collaboration with Dow University of Health Sciences ( www.duhs.edu.pk), creating a new brand of such Female Doctors who has left profession due to social or family issues, eDoctor project got immediate success and have reached to 1000 plus such online doctors who are now Family Medicine Certified, through getting their knowledge refreshed.
In 2019 EduCast’s eDoctor succussed in getting Grant from Islamic Development Bank to utilize its eDoctors for reducing Maternal and Infant Mortality via use of Innovative Digital health platform.
In early 2020 at COVID 190 Outbreak, EduCast was assigned Covid 19 home isolation monitoring services for Province of Sindh, which were successfully handled through 450 eDoctors sitting in 14 countries through use of EDUCAST collaborative platform in technical collaboration with GCS( pvt) Ltd and Connect Communication-Karachi. In process of 12 month of COVID 19 Monitoring services eDoctors managed to treat 175,000 patients with Sindh province.
In End 2020 EduCast started its venture to offer Maternal Child health care services into Conflict Zone of Yemen, and successfully managed to get related permissions and started operating TeleCenters, offering not only Tele Consulting for Women and Child but also offering Language classes, front line female health worker trainings and Mental health counselling in the warn torn districts of Suqra, Zanjibar, Maarib and Hadarul maut.
In May 2021 on escalation of Israeli atrocities and war crimes again women and children, EDUCAST moved in Gaza, Al Qudus and West Bank through its virtual Tele Consulting platform, connecting remote doctors with Women in Children in need for immediate health or first level support, this is being done in joint collaboration with local Health technology startup Young Explorer, which was also funded for a Children health project by Islamic Development Bank in 2019.
EduCast is already in discussion with Syrian authorities for offering similar tele health services in the effected areas with in refugee camps or dense population with no doctors.
EduCast has also established its partnership for starting Maternal & Child healthcare consulting and advisory in Khost, Afghanistan.
In that context EduCast has worked with leading Institutions and Universities across Pakistan through connecting them with Home based Out of work Women, training them in different professional certifications.
