Educast’s Telemedicine Solidarity with Palestine

Bridging Distance. Delivering Care. Restoring Hope.

Back in 2021 In the face of escalating humanitarian and healthcare crises in Gaza and across Palestine, Educast (Pvt.) Ltd—Pakistan’s leading digital health and telemedicine platform—has stepped forward with an urgent and impactful response: the deployment of a dedicated telemedicine initiative connecting Palestinian patients with Pakistani doctors and specialists across the globe.

Following the national movement, 100 Pakistani eDoctors pledged their support for Gaza, Educast has taken the lead in operationalizing this commitment. Backed by its award-winning infrastructure and regional partnerships, Educast is activating a remote care corridor to serve the injured, chronically ill, and displaced citizens in Palestine through its eDoctor virtual platform.

Key Features of the Initiative:

  • Deployment of Urdu/Arabic-enabled telemedicine systems for Palestinian primary care facilities and field hospitals.
  • Round-the-clock access to 100+ Pakistani volunteer doctors, with specializations in surgery, trauma care, gynecology, pediatrics, mental health, and infectious diseases.
  • Real-time second-opinion consultations and diagnostic interpretations via Educast’s HIPAA-compliant telehealth engine.
  • Collaboration with Palestinian healthcare NGOs, diaspora medical networks, and humanitarian organizations in Egypt and Jordan to support coordination, referrals, and continuity of care.
  • Educational support through online CMEs and case reviews for Palestinian frontline health workers.

Why Educast?

With over a decade of operational experience in conflict zones like Afghanistan and Yemen, and more than 6,500 doctors trained across 20 provinces, Educast brings a proven, scalable, and culturally attuned telemedicine model that prioritizes trust, dignity, and local empowerment.

This initiative for Palestine is fully aligned with WHO’s emergency response principles, and represents Pakistan’s digital humanitarianism at its best—leveraging technology and medical compassion for cross-border healing.
